Why “The Biology of Belief”?

This year I’ve read all over the place – mostly about different types of healing (trauma, forgiveness & letting go, and physical healing). I’m constantly interested in learning more (and applying) the science of how our thoughts create our lives.

Lipton says that even your body’s cells are affected by your thoughts. While it’s true that your personality creates your personal reality (Dr. Joe Dispenza), your personal reality is constantly interacting to recreate your personality. Your thoughts create your life, and yet your life impacts what you think.

So, I’m curious to dive into Lipton’s presentation on unleashing the power of consciousness, matter and miracles.

An alternative later this year: re-reading The Biology of Belief.

Later this fall, I am offering a second group at a different time of day to read and discuss this book. I realise that not everyone has availability in the mornings and that the time I’ve picked might not work for many.
