This is an opportunity to take a small step back and examine how you are living life. For twenty minutes, hold up a mirror and take a good look at yourself. How are you doing in these 8 areas of your life:

Before you start – There are no “right” or “wrong” answers to any of these questions. This is simply just a quick view of each area of life.
At the end of each section, you can tally your score and then get an average for that section, giving you an idea of how satisfied and content you are. Once you’re finished, there’s also the opportunity to tally the total score, to get a big picture view of how content you are in life.
