Personality is created by personal reality: now change

personality, self reflection, self-awareness, personal development, personal growth, personal identity, personal value, forming new habits, habit control, habits, habitual response, rewriting habits, create a lifestyle you love, create the life you want, how to create your perfect life, create a lifestyle you love, change is a daring adventure, change is inevitable, how to overcome resistance to change, individual resistance to change, knowledge does not change behaviour, people change, relationships change, take responsibility, thriving and growing in the face of change, willpower

Dr. Joe Dispenza (in You are the Placebo) mentions that “Your personality creates your personal reality.”

But I would argue that it goes both ways: your personality is also the result of your personal reality. We are the sum of our life experiences, situations and even traumas.

What is your personality?

“At its most basic, personality is the characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that make a person unique.” (Kendra Cherry)

Your personality is the sum of your thoughts, beliefs, emotional awareness and responses, and even your subconscious responses (such as the nervous system). Start where you stand: the time is never “just right”

start where you stand, do what you can with all you have, take the first step, one step towards your dreams, stop waiting for things to happen, inner critic, wishing you'd made different choices, if only, denial, regrets, rationalisation, excuses, wasn't ready, real challenge, what do you want, take responsibility, resources and assets, abilities, talents, experience, achievements, role model, spending your time, free resources, mapping out a plan, fail to plan, plan to fail, priorities, energy

Are you looking at what is left of 2019 and wondering how to achieve your dreams and goals for the year? Or perhaps you simply shrugged your shoulders, giving up, and thinking you will try again next year. Allow me to interject here and suggest that you start where you stand right now.
