On a separate piece of paper, draw a circle in the middle, and put yourself in the middle circle.
Now in 6 circles around you, write the names of the 6 people that you spend the MOST time with. This is your "circle of influence" - the people that (whether you like it or not) influence you the most.
Note down any thoughts you have regarding what this looks like versus what you would like it to be.
This is for writing in your journal - separately: If you rated your relationships from 1 to 10, with 1 being "broken" and 10 being "the best a relationship could be", take some time to look at the important relationships in your life.
Divide a sheet of paper into 3 columns, and in column 1 write the title: Levels 1, 2 & 3. In column 2 write: Levels 4, 5 & 6. And in the final column write: Levels 7, 8, 9 & 10.
Now, list in the different columns your relationships. Do NOT judge yourself or the other person. This is simply an exercise in taking stock of your relationships. Where is it at?
