This six-month coaching package sets everything in motion: identifying what is truly important to you – relationships, professional and personal goals, including your values. We’ll identify your support network, your cheerleaders and your resources. As you progress, you will encounter life’s typical obstacles & challenges. You get up to thirty hours of my time, which you may choose how you schedule it out.
Moreover, during this period of growth and change, you will encounter resistance (from yourself and others) – and the purpose of a 6-month package is to allow you to run into obstacles and your own inner critic.
In addition to learning a new awareness of your habits, inner saboteur, and current mindset, you’ll dive deep into your relationship with yourself. I will work with you through establishing goals, putting together plans, executing, and then discovering the obstacles that arise along the way.

Clients typically book this up as follows:
We will start with a 90-minute session – no matter what you decide works best for you. After that, you have flexibility and choice – depending on your personality and how you like accountability!
Some clients work well with one session each week. But others much prefer more frequent accountability sessions. These provide for constant checking in and feedback. It also means that we work very effectively on “habit-stacking” and looking at what is really going on in their day-to-day lives. Typically, I find that we reach a point – where we switch from two or three sessions a week back to weekly sessions, and then perhaps take another deep dive a few weeks later back into more accountability again.

This scheduling allows you to integrate everything you’ve learned during the coaching process. You then address challenges and obstacles and continue to grow as you make deep changes in your life.

Take action between sessions
As we wrap up each session (even the short accountability sessions), I will ask you what you are committed to over the coming days. How will you use your awareness to create new habits and face the feelings?
We start the next session by talking about what steps you took in moving forward.
This accountability ensures that over the six months of coaching, you take large strides forward in action. It’s not enough to learn self-awareness and gain insight. Patterns of behaviour that you ignored will become apparent.

I also prepare tailored journal prompts for my clients, allowing you to digest the process. The journal exercises and new habits empower you to advance when you aren’t in the coaching environment. These are designed to help you focus on the richness of life.
As you face challenges and obstacles in implementation, we will work through your problem-solving skills, improving your approach to facing challenges. Together, we create opportunities to discover your resilience and creativity.

As you will see in my schedule, I typically have a few days every month blocked out as “not available”. You are free to book your coaching sessions throughout the six months as best suits you – whether you want a fixed day/time or you want the flexibility to work around your schedule.
