Introductory call

Typically, the coaching process starts with an introductory call – somewhat like a meet & greet.

The call:

In the introductory call, you will be:

  1. introduced to the coaching approach,
  2. supported in clarifying your current situation and what you want to achieve, and
  3. encouraged to take some specific actions to move you forward.

You will also get the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the coaching process should you wish to do more.

This call takes place, irrespective of which one of the services you are interested in pursuing initially.

introductory call, Beth Gray, coach, coaching packages, phone call, Zoom, Skype, online, purpose, expectations, value, fitIf you previously had a session with Beth and want to enter one of the Coaching Programs, you might set up a new introductory call to enter that program (if it is radically different from what you have done previously).

I hope you’ve taken advantage already of the Life Balance Quiz!  If not, I’m going to recommend that you do it before you we have our Introductory call – because some of the questions that I will ask presuppose that you already know the answers from the quiz.
