Introductory call: the coaching approach

Typically, the coaching process starts with an introductory callsomewhat like a meet & greet.

The introductory call:

Usually on Zoom, the call:

  1. introduces you to the coaching approach,
  2. supports you by clarifying your current situation and what you want to achieve, and
  3. encourages you to take specific actions to move forward.

While it’s not a full coaching session – you will receive coaching and experience the style of coaching used.

You also get the opportunity to ask questions about the coaching process should you wish to do more.
